I am intregued about PCAC and want to find out more.
As I understand things, yours is a loose confederation of medical dispensaries which formed a POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE to place an initative on the ballot. My question to PCAC is so you win---THEN WHAT?!!!
I have the answer: FORM a SELF REGULATING GUILD of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and replicate it throughout California and the other 16 states.
Then you want to set up a government Commission Board appointed by the Governor to have oversight over said guild.
I can show you how to do this as I was working on doing it myself.
Who do I contact to get the ball rolling? Professor Buzzkill
I totally disagree with buzzkill!!!!! We dont need more government committees!!! This is a democracy and the best thing is to get Mj reclassified and legal and let capitalism run its course and we will have good places to get meds! That is what capitalism is all about! Does Starbucks have groups who regulate coffee? Does rite aid have groups that say how many pharmacies can open? Buzzkill just creates more bullshit! I dont want any other co-op telling me how to take care of my patients!!! Buzzkill seems to be another sheep that wants everyone else to tell us how to live! That makes no sense to me in a free society!!!!!!
