Americans for Safe Access (ASA) Chief Counsel Joe Elford will be in San Diego on
Friday for a two-hour legal seminar to discuss important new appellate court
decisions on medical cannabis in California. These decisions may have a profound
impact on how patients get their medicine and on how attorneys defend them in
court. Mr. Elford will also be discussing ASA’s new federal
lawsuits.

Long Beach, Riverside v. Inland Empire Patients’ Health and Wellness Center,
People v. Colvin, and Lake Forest v. Evergreen Holistic Collective.
